Our clinic follows all the Ontario Government, York Region Public Health, and College of Physiotherapists of Ontario guidelines in regards to Covid-19. As an essential service, these requirements are now a permanent part of our policy and procedures.
All staff and clients are reminded in their appointment reminders to wear a mask if appropriate, cancel if they feel unwell at any time, and are asked to sanitize their hands with approved hand sanitizer before entering the clinic.
All staff treat in designated treatment areas, and only treat one client at a time, to maintain both their privacy and safety. The room is cleaned with approved surface disinfectants before and after each client.
